TWC is such an impressive organisation. I have been a member for the past two years after I was looking to be involved with a charity involved with disabilities. The organisation is full of such amazing and inspiring individuals, many of who have been with TWC for a significant number of years. I love the work TWC do with the organisations in the Middle East and Asia. The impact is so real and significant.

One standout initiative is the Community Initiatives in Inclusion, a thoughtfully designed program aimed at addressing critical issues concerning persons with disabilities. This impactful venture, jointly conducted by TWC and ADAPT, Mumbai, offers a well-structured curriculum that equips participants with practical insights. Over the course of three months, attendees gain valuable knowledge and actionable strategies they can implement in their respective countries.

The Community Initiatives in Inclusion Course has been a very insightful experience for me. The concept of inclusion of persons with disabilities has not been clearer to me as it is now. I really hope that as I go back to my country, I can implement and lead initiatives that can further the inclusion of persons with disabilities. I am very thankful to the TWC, ADAPT and my organization, Disabled People’s Organisation of Bhutan for making this journey possible for me.

I am incredibly grateful to TWC for providing me with the unique opportunity to be a part of ADAPT. Through their support, I was able to participate in the CII course offered by ADAPT, which has set me on a path I have always aspired to follow. The knowledge I’ve gained here has been invaluable and I continue to learn and grow every day. I deeply admire the work TWC does to promote well-being, inclusion, and diversity within the Asian Pacific and Middle Eastern regions. It is both inspiring and an honor to collaborate with them, and I look forward to making a meaningful impact together.
