The Women’s Council marked the end of the summer break with a relaxed and cheerful Welcome Back Lunch at the Royal Garden Hotel, London. Members and friends gathered in the beautiful Origin Restaurant, overlooking the lush greenery of Kensington Gardens, to enjoy a delicious seasonal menu, beautifully presented by the hotel’s talented team.
The afternoon was filled with warmth and laughter as guests reconnected and many new members were warmly welcomed into the TWC community. Lady Butterworth opened the event with a gracious welcome, followed by Chairman Dr Rajni Rijal, who shared updates on TWC’s training and scholarship programmes, highlighting the organisation’s ongoing commitment to inclusion and empowerment.
A particularly joyful moment was the celebration of Pat M’s 100th birthday, marking an extraordinary milestone for a cherished member of the TWC family.
