TWC celebrated a virtual Christmas full festive cheer. A video about “Christmas around the World” was enjoyed by guests from around the world, including our friends from ADAPT in Mumbai. As well as Carols performed by Wellington College Chapel Choir, we all sang along to an Arabic rendition of Jingle Bells kindly shared by Thana. With the joys of a virtual celebration, Lena, who was in hospital at the time, was able to join in with the carol singing. Lady Butterworth and Christine read beautiful poems, and Jenny produced an entertaining Christmas quiz. Some lucky guests won the fabulous raffle prizes, and the festivities came to a close with the pulling of Christmas Crackers.
