In the early part of the year several of our Patrons left the UK on relocation or retirement and, in view of the restrictions at the time, TWC invited their replacements to meet the President and Committee via the Zoom platform. We were delighted to be joined by new Patrons from Indonesia, Nepal, Palestine and Singapore. Each gave a short résumé about their background, previous postings and their country’s culture. This virtual meeting also provided an opportunity for us all to explore ways in which we might work together. It proved to be a very pleasant and productive morning.
